Rayden completed his Building Apprenticeship in 1977, gaining his builders license in 1984. He fine tuned his skills and knowledge working for some of the major builders in Queensland until he formed Fort Constructions in 1992.

Roger Williams (B.A. Dip.T)
Estimator/Project Manager
Roger has been involved in estimating and project management in South East Queensland since 1987, including iconic commercial and residential projects on the Gold Coast, housing projects and many townhouse developments in areas from Sanctuary Cove to Ipswich and Redbank Plains to the sea side suburbs of Wynnum and Manly.
He has been responsible for the project management of luxury homes in Hedges Avenue, Hope Island Resort and Coomera Waters.
Patrick Sharpe
Building Supervisor
Patrick has worked for Fort Constructions for many years. His main role is that of supervisor but he also takes a hands on role in the detailed finishing work on many projects.
His skills are called upon to complete external stairs, balustrade and decking work which is his speciality.
Jane Linton
Office Manager
Jane has worked for the Commonwealth Government for many years dealing with a wide variety of people and their problems.
Since joining Fort Constructions she has learned very quickly about the building industry and finds it an exciting and interesting challenge. Her role as Office Manager is to ensure everything continues to run smoothly.
Michelle Parr
Building Administrator
Michelle has over 9 years experience as a Building Administrator. She is the principal point of contact in the office for all inquiries from sub-contractors and clients.
She joined our team in early 2010 and has taken on the very demanding role of managing the maintenance division of Fort Constructions and confirming all contract selections plus any contract changes with owners.
